The Online Tariff Filing and Retrieval System (OTFRS) is a specialized portal developed by TRAI to facilitate regulatory compliance for tariff reporting and provide a platform for comparative analysis of the reported tariffs.

In compliance with TRAI's mandate, the tariffs that are offered / launched by the Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are filed in the portal by the respective TSPs and ISPs within a prescribed time period. Similarly, any revision to or withdrawal of an existing tariff offer is also required to be reported through the portal within the prescribed timeframe.

The tariffs filed by the TSPs and ISPs is made available to consumers through the Consumer Portal which forms an integral part of the OTFRS portal. This enables consumers to compare the various tariff offerings available in the market, the portal facilitates informed decision-making while selecting telecom and internet services.
